By establishing relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique goals and objectives, Lindsey expertly guides clients through tax issues large or small. Her experience ranges from choice of entity to stock option planning to payroll for domestic employees. Prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, Lindsey was an accountant with a local firm in Norfolk, Virginia, for 8 years, where she built client relationships, developed internal policies and procedures and trained staff.
Lindsey earned her BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University Idaho and an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
Judith specializes in tax planning and strategy for high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses. Dedicated to helping clients make financially sound decisions, she brings a level of expertise that ensures consistency and efficiency in tax planning, preparation and review of income tax returns.
Judith is currently pursuing her CFP®. She is a graduate of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she earned a BS in Accounting.
With more than 15 years of public accounting experience in tax compliance and planning services for clients across a variety of industries, Kristy specializes in services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, and in multi-state taxation. Kristy earned her BS and MS in Accounting from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, she was a Tax Supervisor for a local firm in Norfolk, Virginia, for over 10 years.
Brenda has more than 20 years of public accounting and paralegal experience. Prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, she was employed by accounting and law firms in Norfolk, Virginia. Brenda prepares fiduciary accountings, estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. She also tracks cash receipts and disbursements for high net worth families to help them budget cash flow.
Melissa is a staff accountant responsible for preparation of income tax returns. She earned her BS in Accounting from the College of St. Rose in upstate New York and an MS in Accounting from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She is currently studying for the CPA exam, and will pursue her CFP® certification upon successful completion of the CPA exam.
Cindy is responsible for preparation of income and gift tax returns. She earned a BS in Sociology from the University of Virginia and an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, Cindy worked at KPMG, LLP in Norfolk, Virginia where she prepared and reviewed individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.
Crystal has a AS in Business Administration from Savannah River College. She is currently pursuing her BS in Accounting from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After completion, she will pursue her MS in Accounting. Prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, she served the medical profession as operations director and medical records specialist. She joins us from Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia.
The newest member of our Tax Support staff, Erin prepares tax returns and assists with office management and administration. She is currently pursuing her AS degree in accounting and finance from Martin Community College in Williamston, North Carolina. Upon completion, she plans to pursue a BS degree in accounting. In the 8 years prior to joining Baldwin Advisory, Erin was the office manager for a heating, air conditioning and plumbing company where she managed company finances and operations, including customer service.
Lori is a part-time administrative assistant. She previously worked for a regional accounting firm prior to joining Baldwin Advisory. Lori has three children and is an active participant in their activities in Moyock, NC, where she lives. Lori volunteers her time with both school functions and Girl Scouts.
Jackie has more than 35 years of information technology experience, including AOL, where she served as a senior technical director of operations engineering and services, and Neustar, where she was vice president of operations. A serial entrepreneur, she has designed and implemented innovative technology, quality assurance and independent validation and verification across many industries including construction, newspaper publishing, banking, and Internet services. Jackie has a BA from the College of William and Mary.
